a haven of hospitality
kindness staff easy access smooth check-in local attraction
the staff were cute i remember raja stood out with his really good kindness and willingness to assist with every query i had he provided directions and ensured my check-in process was smooth the staff really go above and beyond. the location offered easy access to local attractions and provided great connections to restaurants and parks i loved that.
the immediate area felt a bit rough around the edges i saw some homeless people which was a little unsettling but it did not directly impact my stay.

the hotel's proximity to various amenities proved advantageous there were multiple restaurants nearby i also found local shops within walking distance it made exploring easy the hotel's location is very central.

the lobby always had someone available to offer guidance it was very reassuring the petrol station next door offered convenience for grabbing snacks i noticed a bus stop just outside the hotel i could use it for transport.

the receptionist showed genuine interest in my reasons for staying at the hotel the staff wanted to ensure i had a pleasant experience this added a personal touch to my visit they really seemed to care about my time there.

mixed feelings about THE experience
dirty area loose toilet
The room was not well kept. The toilet seat was loose, and i consider THAT unacceptable. There were no tea or coffee facilities available in the room, and i found THAT inconvenient. Behind the beds, the area was quite dirty. It seemed cleaning was overlooked.

helpful staff and convenient location
helpful receptionist enjoyable stay friendly staff
I arrived late and the receptionist assisted me. the hotel is basic, but it is inexpensive (which i appreciated). the staff were friendly and helpful. It felt cute. the location is quite good, close to many useful things and easy to get around from.
having mobility issues, i found the lack of a lift challenging. i was placed on the second floor, and the two long staircases were difficult for me to climb (it took a long time).

I noticed the hotel is behind a texaco garage. It has a shop with some food and drinks. this is quite handy for a quick snack.

the staff is available 24 hours a day, very convenient. they allow you in and out at any time. i think this is perfect for a quick stop.

my room was a nice size, and it felt comfortable enough. it had everything i needed for a short stay. the bed was actually quite good (surprisingly).
